Customers may bring back unopened merchandise. For health reasons, this excludes Makeup, Hair Care as well as Skincare products and items. The returned items must be in their original state. This includes original packaging and receipt. Items not returned in their original condition will incur a 20% restocking fee.
All returns must be done within 30 days of receipt and customers will receive a refund. Shipping is not refunded unless the error was made by us.
Some information is required to process returned items:
- Full name and address
- Telephone Number
- Customer’s email address
- RMA number
- Order Confirmation Number
- Reason for returning Item

Returned items shipped back to us must have a tracking number.
Items we do not receive and for which tracking number cannot be provided will be the sole responsibility of the customer / shipper.
A 14 day window is required for processing of returned item. This also applies to items that are to be exchanged.
All packages returned to us marked as “refused”, “unclaimed” or “undeliverable” will require a $5.95 re-shipping fee where re-shipping is requested.
Owing to the fact that we make use of automated order processing and warehouse systems, it is impossible to cancel or modify customers’ orders once received.
